By visiting our website, using our mobile application, or utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

Myshathi reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

General Information

  • Ownership: The website and mobile application are owned and operated by Myshathi, a company registered in Singapore.
  • Governing Law: These Terms and the provision of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
  • Account Suspension: Myshathi reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its discretion.

Payment Processing

  • Payment Provider: All payments on Myshathi are securely processed by HitPay Payment Solutions Pte Ltd (“HitPay”), a licensed payment service provider in Singapore.
  • Data Handling: Myshathi does not store or process your card or banking information. We provide technical integration only.
  • User Agreement: By making a payment, you agree to HitPay’s payment terms, applicable banking and card network rules, and any authentication or verification requirements.
  • Data Sharing: Transaction-related information may be shared with HitPay solely for payment authorization and processing.

Privacy and Data Protection

User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Myshathi, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information for booking, payment, and customer support purposes.

Travel Services Disclaimer

  • Platform Role: Myshathi does not own or operate flights or travel products. The app acts only as a platform connecting passengers with airlines.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Flight schedules, fares, and availability are provided by airlines and may change without notice. Myshathi cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of airline-provided information.
  • Assistance: Myshathi will serve as a point of contact and use commercially reasonable efforts to assist customers with booking or travel-related issues, in accordance with airline policies.

Customer Payments and Service Responsibility

  • Myshathi assumes responsibility for payments collected on its platform.
  • In the event of technical errors or issues preventing service delivery, Myshathi will either:
  1. Arrange an alternative solution where possible, or
  2. Refund the full amount paid by the customer.
  • Flight changes, re-issuance, and cancellations prior to departure follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Flight changes (re-issuance) and cancellations (refunds) are subject to the airline’s rules.
  • Cancellation or service fees may apply and vary depending on the airline.
  • Customers must contact Myshathi via a registered mobile number on WhatsApp or Messenger at least 48 hours before the flight to request changes or cancellations.
  • Requests will be processed within 24 hours.
  • Requests made less than 48 hours before departure may incur additional charges as per airline policy (e.g., no-show fees).

Booking Terms

  • All bookings are made directly with the airline listed on the booking page.
  • Passengers are responsible for reading and agreeing to the airline’s terms and conditions before completing a booking.
  • Myshathi acts solely as a platform facilitating bookings and will assist in resolving issues using commercially reasonable efforts.
  • All prices, offers, and availability are subject to change without notice.

 

Travel Documentation Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring they possess:

  • Valid passports
  • Required visas
  • Transit permits
  • Health and vaccination documents

Myshathi is not responsible for denied boarding or immigration issues arising from incomplete documentation.

Use of Payment Information

By making a payment through Myshathi, you agree that your personal information may be used to verify and validate the transaction and prevent unauthorized use. Certain details may be shared with HitPay solely for payment verification and processing. Your personal information will not be used for other purposes.
